Rental Fees: |
20% off Hourly Rental Fee for FRIDAY and SUNDAY Weddings
$275.00 per hour - mansion rental (minimum of 4 hours, includes chairs, set up and break down for ceremony and reception, banquet tables, table linens, linen napkins, glassware, flatware, china and fresh rose centerpieces for each guest table)
$50.00 per hour for wedding rehearsal
$50.00 per hour for clients or outside vendors to come in and decorate the club
Deposit required: Rental deposit of $275/hour, or $220.00/hour (depending on the day of event) for the 4 hour minimum, which is credited to your account. Damage deposit of $200.00, which is returned to you within 30 days of your event (barring no damage to the mansion) for a total of $1300/$1080 |
