Q. What is the capacity of your mansion?
A. Our maximum capacity is 250 guests.
Q. What is your rental price?
A. The mansion is rented exclusively at an hourly rate of $275 an hour. Currently, we are offering a discount on Friday and Sunday rentals of 20% off, which is $220 an hour.
Q. What is your food minimum?
A. The food minimum is $3500 May - December and $2500 January - April.
Q. How does the bar work and what are the fees?
A. We provide you with bar service, liability insurance, ice, glassware napkins and straws for $150 for 50 guests. You are allowed to bring in all your own alcohol.
A. There are no additional charges related to the bar except the tap rentals for kegs, which are $60 a tap and the butler charge to butler pass any beverages, which is $100 for the pass.
Q. What is the required deposit to book a date?
A. The rental deposit for a Saturday is $1100, for a Friday or a Sunday it is $880. The damage deposit is $200, so the total is either $1300 or $1080.
Q. Do you require a security officer?
A. Yes, we do require a security officer if you bring in alcohol. We use an off-duty St. Paul police officer. There is a $150 flat fee.
Q. What is the fee to hold our ceremony there?
A. There is no ceremony fee. It is just the additional time you would be here.
